It is suitable for large-scale agricultural irrigation in long strips. According to different needs of users, we provide two forms of two-wheel and
four-wheel. It has the characteristics of economy, high efficiency, durability and easy operation.
Taking the width of the cultivated land as the design length of the equipment, the equipment can reciprocate along the length of the cultivated
land. Compared with the circular sprinkler machine, there is no obvious dead angle of sprinkler irrigation and almost full coverage. Depending
on the number and type of equipment trusses, the irrigation width can be up to 520m.
As a full-featured irrigation equipment, the Linear Irrigator Machine can also be used not only for spray irrigation, but also for spraying fertilizers
and pesticides. It's a way to boost crop growth and reduce land salinity.

1. Drive Tower--Wheel Frame System
The supporting beam adopts four 100mmx80mm angle steel outriggers, which are connected with Truss Structure to increase structural strength
and stability. All hot-dip galvanized process.
2. Walking tower motor
High torque motor overheat protection, enclosed moisture-proof motor, spur gear, shaft seal with specific antifouling agent;
Model: 40:1/ (0.9 kW; 1.1 kW).
3. Span Structure - Truss system
The main design with 2 diameters can be widely adapted to various flow requirements (50-300 cubic meters/hour), optimize and adjust low
operating costs.
4. The spray system
The diversified sprinkler can accurately control the amount of irrigation water and fertilizer, and adapt to different plant types, climate
conditions and growth stages.
5. The control system.
Reliable furrow guidance system: to ensure that the equipment can be stable and reliable in a straight line to the desired direction.
Fixed-point shutdown system: When the equipment runs to the need to replace the water belt or power supply pile wiring, it can stop by itself,
and after the replacement is completed, a key to restore the original operating state to continue spraying irrigation.
Safe ground stop mechanism: When the Linear Irrigator Machine runs to the edge of the land line, the equipment will trigger the ground stop
stroke switch, and the equipment can stop and stop the pump by itself.
6. High configuration
The rotary translation sprinkler machine, in addition to the conventional translation sprinkler function, can also be rotated at both ends of the
arable land waterless rotation, so that the coverage area of the equipment doubled, effectively reducing the investment cost of the equipment.
