commodity loader
The commodity loader is a lifting machine widely used in the loading operation of potatoes, onions, oranges, beets, apples and other crops. The folding structure design, U-shaped crop bags, and the use of rubber finger protective devices make this loader an ideal loader with greater loading angle, faster loading efficiency, and better crop protection effect.
Key features
1. The conveying arm is foldable and occupies little space
2. The height of the output end can be adjusted to reduce the damage to the potato/orange/onion/beet skin during loading
3. The loading efficiency is high. The entire lifting conveying device is divided into continuous U-shaped pockets by a 20cm plastic mesh fence at an equal distance. The potato/orange/onion/beet are more stable and will not roll during lifting , The loader is with a larger lifting angle and higher efficiency than the slope loader during the lifting process.
4. Additional cleaning. High strength, perforated, elastic mesh conveying device is used to further clean the clay on the potato/onion/beet skin during the conveying process.
5. Good protection effect and durability. The two sides of the conveying device are sealed with elastic rubber fingers to prevent potato/orange/onion/beet from leaving the conveying device. At the same time, they make the potato/orange/onion/beet transport stable without friction. Rubber fingers are very flexible and can be used permanently at all deflection points with little wear.
